You are invited to a place designed specifically for you, a mother of preschoolers. Here you’ll experience friendship, community and support… all to help you in this stage of mothering. Where is this place?
It’s called MOPS.
MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers, a program led by mothers themselves and designed for mothers with children ages birth age 5. Mothers all have a shared desire … to be the best moms they can be!
MOPS recognizes that the years from infancy to kindergarten are foundational in a mother-child relationship and are filled with unique needs and challenges. Together we move from survive to thrive through our fun times of connection and by learning from those who have gone before us… and survived!
We all know that mothering is HARD work. It is both challenging and rewarding, but it can also be very draining. With some fresh perspective, a little friendship, and a break from the normal everyday routine, MOPS can be a great place to renew ourselves.
A MOPS group is a great place to come, just as you are, to be rejuvenated and inspired. You will enjoy a relaxing atmosphere, speakers offering practical advice on raising children today, fun crafts and creative activities, and quality childcare for your children. Whether you have 1 child or 10, we would love for you to join us!

When does MOPS meet at Living Hope?
Every 2nd and 4th Monday evening @ 6:45 PM September through June.
Does MOPS meet other times too?
Yes we do! We have a weekly playgroup every Monday at 10:30 AM in the Swedesboro area and Mom’s Nights Out too!
Tell me about a MOPS meeting…
A typical MOPS meeting will last approximately 1.5 hours and occurs twice a month. MOPS has insightful speakers who offer practical advice on issues that moms of preschoolers face today such as sibling rivalry, safety, play, nutrition, financial planning, potty training and much more! A creative activity for the moms and quality childcare is provided also. All you have to do is arrive at MOPS, take your children to MOPPETS, get some refreshments and enjoy yourself!
Do you provide childcare?
Yes! Quality, loving childcare is provided for children birth to 5 years old. The children’s program, called MOPPETS, is where little ones are taken care of so moms can feel free to enjoy the MOPS meeting.
I don’t attend Living Hope. Can I still come to MOPS?
Absolutely YES! MOPS is open to ALL moms with children ages birth- 5 years.
